Since recently, all patients at the Cancer Centre receive a reusable water bottle, courtesy of the Gatineau Health Foundation. Chemotherapy patients need to stay hydrated during their treatment and many patients undergo tests that require a full bladder. Water glasses are served to patients in Styrofoam cups. The use of a graduated water bottle will not only make it easier to calculate the quantities of water, but will also considerably reduce the environmental impact.
