The CISSS de l’Outaouais’s establishments urgently require several small pieces of equipment that are essential to the performance of recurring tasks carried out by care professionals
The CISSS de l’Outaouais’ establishments are in need of several small pieces of equipment that are essential to the performance of recurring tasks by care professionals. Several such pieces of equipment are currently shared between departments. A situation far from optimal since it requires regularly moving to other departments or floors, resulting in less time spent caring for patients. In addition, shared use and travel increase unnecessary contact and the risk of contagion.
In order to increase efficiency and productivity, an inventory of the needed small equipment was carried out for each of the CISSSO’s facilities.

A good living environment is just as essential as medical or pharmacological treatment and healthy lifestyle habits for achieving wellness in patients suffering from severe and persistent mental illness.
