Launch of Souris Mini’s My First Beanie program at the Perinatal Unit of the Gatineau Hospital and the Maison des Naissances du CISSS de l’Outaouais. This philanthropic program was created to promote investments in various health care establishments’ pediatric care services across the province. When a child is born, My First Beanie gives them a pink, blue, white or grey hat. In appreciation for this gesture, parents or family members can make a donation to the program.

Every donation received in the Outaouais region will be invested in pediatric care to make sure our children receive the best possible health care. Since its inception in 2009, My First Beanie has given nearly 226,000 hats to Quebec children and raised close to $1 million for various pediatrics projects.
