The Outaouais Health Foundation is committed to the following privacy and security principles, in accordance with the PIPEDA:
Accountability
a) The Outaouais Health Foundation is responsible for personal information in its custody or control.
b) The Outaouais Health Foundation has put in place policies and procedures to implement and comply with this policy, including procedures relating to the collection, processing, disclosure, retention and destruction of personal information;
c) Third parties who enter into a business relationship with the Outaouais Health Foundation and who post content on the Outaouais Health Foundation platforms are responsible for complying with the privacy principles set out in this Policy, PIPEDA and any other applicable privacy legislation. Information Collected
a) Personal information provided to the Outaouais Health Foundation: The Outaouais Health Foundation collects certain personal information directly from individuals who interact with any of its websites or who otherwise interact with the Foundation with us, including information of the following category;
b) Non-personal information: When a visitor accesses one of our websites, anonymous, non-personal information about their visit is automatically collected. This information may include the date of the visit, how the visitor uses the website, the length of the visit, the pages viewed, the type of browser and operating system used, and the domain name of the visitor’s Internet service provider. The Outaouais Health Foundation may also collect statistics that describe how visitors use the website. This information may include the average transaction amount, the geographic breakdown of transactions by region, the times of day when traffic is heaviest, and the type of event or organization that receives the most visitors.
