Contributing to mental health in the Outaouais means offering additional tools to the staff of Pierre-Janet Hospital and having an impact on the engagement, health and well-being of its patients. As the only mental health hospital in the Outaouais region, Pierre-Janet offers specialized mental health services for adults, seniors and youth. In addition, it provides a living environment for clients with chronic pathologies.

• Ensure better care for children with mental health problems (by calling on the right people at the right time and leveraging inter-professional collaboration with the involved stakeholders).
A good living environment is just as essential as medical or pharmacological treatment and healthy lifestyle habits for achieving wellness in patients suffering from severe and persistent mental illness.
